Find a Job?
Build a Business?
You're not indecisive. You're missing proof of how good you are.
I dig it out of your real life and hand you the receipts.
Then the choice gets obvious.
KNOW WHAT YOU DO BEST, WITH PROOF
CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP WITH CONFIDENCE
BUILT FOR INTROVERTS, NO PERFORMING
Does this sound like your week?
Tuesday, 11pm. Two tabs open. One is a job board. The other is a video about starting a business. You close both and go to bed unsettled.
Â
You update your resume, then stop halfway through. Not because you're lazy. Because you look at your own work history and can't name what makes you valuable. Twenty-plus years, and the words won't come.
Â
You ask people who love you: "What am I actually good at?" They say something kind and vague. It doesn't help. Your best friend can't name it either. Nobody can hand you yourself.
Â
Maybe you bought a course. Module one asked for your niche and your offer. You had neither. You quit quietly and added it to the pile of evidence that something's wrong with you.
Â
Nothing is wrong with you. Something was taken from you. Years of "do better" with no wins celebrated will erase anyone's ability to see their own value. Then the job ends, and you're supposed to sell yourself, using confidence you no longer have.
Here's the problem nobody names.
You can't see your own pattern from inside your own life.
Â
That's not a character flaw. It's a structural problem. You've been in the rooms, doing the work, absorbing the feedback. You're too close to it. The proof of what you do best is sitting in your history, unexamined, while you lie awake asking a question you already answered years ago without noticing.
Â
Every program you've looked at starts after this problem. Pick your niche. Build your offer. Optimize your resume. They're selling steps 2 through 10.
Â
Step One is the missing step, and it's the only thing I do.
I spent $15,000 trying to answer the same question.
I spent fifteen years in corporate seeing value other people missed and proving it with numbers. At Capital One, I took a UX team executives ignored and made their work impossible to overlook. I trained more than 200 people to name the worth of their own work. That was my job in every job: find the buried value, show the receipts.
Â
Then I was let go. And the woman who made everyone else's value visible could not see her own.
Â
I spent a year and a half and over $15,000 on coaches and courses. I got advice built for extroverts. Get visible. Network harder. Push. Some of it triggered my anxiety so badly I couldn't function for days. I ended up coaching my coaches on how to coach me. And every program assumed I already knew what I wanted to build. I didn't. That was the whole problem.
Â
What finally worked wasn't a program. It was evidence. I collected proof from my own life, old reviews, wins nobody celebrated, the moments people came to me for help, and treated myself like one of those overlooked teams. I found my pattern. My confidence came back on receipts, not affirmations.
Â
Step One is that method, built for the woman I was two years ago.
How Step One Works
1. The Evidence Dig. You send me your raw material: resume, old reviews, kind emails you kept, stories of times people asked for your help. You don't organize it. That's my job.
Â
2. The Proof. I do what I did for fifteen years: find the pattern you can't see from inside. You get your value handed back in writing, with evidence from your own life. This is the confidence step, and everything else is built on it.
Â
3. The Match. We map what you do best to problems people already pay to solve. Real problems, real budgets. Not "follow your passion." Proof of demand.
Â
4. The Fit Test. Before you commit to anything, we test it against your actual life. Your energy, your values, what a Tuesday would look like. A business that drains you is just corporate with worse pay. A job that fits you is a fine answer.
Â
5. The Decision. Job, business, or both. You choose from evidence, not fear. If it's a business, we design your first small experiment to prove the audience exists before you build anything big.
Â
And through all of it: you're never alone. Most of the work happens async, in writing, on your schedule. When you wobble, and everyone wobbles, I'm a text away.
What you will have when were done
Your value, named and documented, with proof from your own life.
A map of your strengths matched to problems people pay to solve.
A tested decision: job, business, or both, chosen with confidence instead of fear.
Â
If business is the answer: your direction, your first offer sketch, and a small experiment to validate it. And a personal playbook you can return to for every decision after this one, because this won't be your last fork.
This is for you if
You're an introverted woman, 45 or older. Corporate wore down your confidence, whether you left, got pushed out, or are still there quietly planning. You flip between job searching and business dreaming. You're self-aware, willing to be honest, and done pretending to be someone you're not.
This is not for you if
You want someone to hand you a niche without doing the inner work first. You're looking for hype, hustle, or a guru. You need someone to promise overnight income. I won't, because nobody honestly can.
Who is this for
Where is step one right now,
Step One is new. I built it, I ran it on myself, and now a small founding group gets the full program free, in exchange for honest feedback and a documented before-and-after. That's the deal. No asterisks.
Â
When it launches publicly, the program will be $6,000. I say that plainly because staying stuck cost me more than double that, and I want you to compare. Look at other programs. Take your time. I'm not going anywhere.
Â
One thing I'll never do is pressure you. If we talk and this isn't right for you, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. That's not a sales technique. It's the whole reason this exists.
You've spent decades proving your value to everyone but yourself.
One call. Candid, free, no script. We'll figure out where you are, and whether Step One fits. If it doesn't, you'll leave with a straight answer and a pointer to something better.
