Elizabeth Childs is a Human and Organizational Transformation Strategist and creator of The CLEAR Blueprint - a six-stage framework for women navigating the transition from corporate identity into aligned entrepreneurship. She holds a Master's in branding and communication from VCU Brandcenter and spent more than 20 years leading organizational transformation at companies including Capital One Financial. She lives and writes in Richmond, Virginia.
